    heard this is the place to get some good hake recipes.

    This is a good one.

    It says parbroil the potatoes. I save time and just cut them in half and microwave them in a bit of water. They have to be be just slightly undercooked so they finish in the oven.

    Just speaking for myself, I love that recipe. Hake is my favorite white fish right now, with no close second. And I am a big seafood guy.
