    i was down earlier on chris long toward the end of his career, but i gotta say this is a very generous act from a class act. i guess i just took out the frustration of a decade of losing on a guy who off the field is as good as it gets.

    oh and the only reason he didn’t donate all his salary this year is he had already donated part of his salary to scholarships for kids from his hometown.

    Well it looks like just in football salary alone (not counting commercials, real-estate deals, etc) he’s made about 90 million.

    So, he donated a million or so this year.

    I didnt think he’d last this long. Sure seemed like he was tailing off in the last couple years with the rams.

    Maybe he just needed to get healthy and have fewer reps.
